Discuss market opportunitiesSOLUM Business Club is an initiative bringing people together through informal business breakfasts, practical workshops, and thoughtful professional gatherings. A space to exchange ideas, share experience, discover common interests, and build meaningful connections.
SOLUM Consulting was founded by Natalia Novikova and Tuia Aiusheeva, two women entrepreneurs bringing their perspectives, experience, professional relationships, and commitment to meaningful collaboration to an international business environment.
We believe that good consulting begins with listening, clear thinking, trust, and an understanding of how business works in practice.
Natalia helps companies enter new markets, find business partners, and turn promising ideas into viable projects. She brings together business, technology, and institutional collaboration, aligning the interests of international companies, local businesses, and government institutions.
Her experience spans over 20 years in international business and consulting across manufacturing, retail and international trade, agriculture, IT, and other industries. She has worked with American, Japanese, European, and Southeast Asian companies, developing businesses, international partnerships, and cross-sector projects.
In recent years, Natalia has been developing collaboration across Central and Southeast Asia, including in soil restoration, biotechnology, sustainable land use, and organic waste processing. Her entrepreneurial experience, strategic thinking, and ability to work across cultural and professional environments help her find common ground between project stakeholders and develop practical paths to implementation. At SOLUM Consulting, she leads international business development and strategic partnerships.
Tuia helps business owners and investors assess business performance, set development priorities, and organise implementation. She brings strategy, financial planning, marketing, and management together in a comprehensive approach to business challenges.
Her experience spans launching and developing restaurant, hospitality, retail, and service projects, managing multi-site businesses, and supporting franchisees. She has built processes and teams, worked with budgets and profitability, and represented investors’ interests in dealings with management companies.
Her technical education, studies in business management, and training as a business trainer help her understand the connections between products, quality, processes, and people. At SOLUM Consulting, she translates this expertise into clear solutions and practical action.
